If the document is true, that is if it is the real minutes of the Cabinet meeting in 2018 headed by Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, then PH and the PKR-DAP-Amanah ministers are in trouble after they said the former PM decided not to pursue the Batu Puteh claims by himself.
