The case management, held via Zoom, set February 7, 2025, for status updates. This follows the recusal of Justice Leong Wai Hong last month due to his prior association with Skrine, a firm representing 1MDB in a related case. Earlier, Justice Adlin Abdul Majid dismissed Rosmah’s first recusal application, citing insufficient evidence of bias.
