Just recently, a TikToker complained about the alleged quality of Chanel bags in store. Mind you, these bags cost around RM30,000 each easily. Another TikToker @kirakirbyy discussed the alleged decline in quality and is asking her users if she’s seeing this correctly.

The TikToker then asked if the brand is actually selling counterfeit bags or if their quality has taken a turn for the worse. Some customers complained in the comments section of the video with one stating she had to go through five different wallet on chains in lieu of their alleged imperfections.
Others mentioned that the brand’s competitor, Louis Vuitton is allegedly going through the same thing. A user states they saw a card holder having “wonky” stitching along with a RM2,000 asking price.
