1 min read

A 61-year-old mechanic was caught riding his motorcycle without renewing its road tax for 23 years during a JPJ operation in Ipoh. Perak JPJ chief Mohammad Yusoff Abustan said the road tax expired in 2002, violating Section 23(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987.
