It appears the topic of Klang Valley’s walkability for pedestrians is back on topic again. X user @slainthayer who has posted numerous times regarding this topic mentioned that a sign has been installed that indicated walking is banned in certain parts due to safety.

Additionally, it is noted that people are still going to use this route as apparently the alternative is double the distance. Furthermore, the user adds that the sign does not look up to JKR standards as it appears to be a little “wonky.” 

Previously, a YB responded to these posts citing that this issue will be mitigated. But, netizens are unhappy with such comments as the governing body should automatically detect it as it is their job, instead of social media users complaining about it.
