DAP national chairman Lim Guan Eng has expressed concern over the police’s arrest of Suaram Executive Director Sevan Doraisamy for questioning regarding a hunger strike by families of detainees under the Security Offences (Special Measures) Act 2012 (SOSMA). “This is alarming and highlights the urgent need for Pakatan Harapan to fulfil its promise to repeal this problematic law,” Lim stated, urging the government to uphold human rights and justice.
