A Malaysian recently shared their shock when their medical insurance premium jumped from RM200 to RM1,056 per month. The individual’s takaful medical insurance plan began at RM200 in 2009. Over time, it rose gradually, reaching RM500 at age 55 and RM750 near retirement.
