As of January 31, the Accountant-General’s Department (AGD) recorded RM12.7 billion in Unclaimed Money, according to the Ministry of Finance (MOF).

Individuals or heirs can claim the money online via the eGUMIS portal or at AGD counters. The ministry is conducting awareness campaigns and has expanded WTD check and refund counter services to 24 state AGDs and branches nationwide to facilitate the claim process.
