He argued that Lim ignores the economic disparities rooted in history, where Bumiputera privileges, enshrined in the Constitution, address real gaps—2022 data shows Bumiputera households earning RM5,420 versus RM8,477 for Chinese households. Aireroshairi likened Lim to a guest rearranging a house built on past sacrifices, not political whims. He stressed these privileges aren’t handouts but a social contract for harmony. Lim’s push for equality, he warned, dismisses this reality and risks unraveling a hard-won national balance.
