Kampung Api-Api, March 10, 2025 – Mohammad Gopi Rizqi, 36, a former national footballer, has swapped his cleats for a drinks stall this Ramadan, selling over 150 packets of corn juice and air mata kucing daily outside his home. What began as a trial to pass the time after the 2024 M3 League season has turned into a viral sensation, drawing fans from afar. Even Johor Regent Tunku Mahkota Ismail, Gopi’s ex-employer at JDT, called him for a meeting. Inspired by comedian Amir Raja Lawak, Gopi now eyes a future in business.
