Solutions include expanding motorcycle lanes, stricter safety enforcement, speed harmonisation, and adopting Brazil’s “blue lane” model. Efforts like the Road Safety Plan (2022–2030) aim to halve road fatalities by improving infrastructure and enforcement.

Experts stress public education campaigns, advanced rider training, and mandatory safety checks to improve conditions for motorcyclists and reduce preventable crashes.
