Boeing 707, the dawn of commercial jet travel
Aviation YouTuber, Mentour Now dubs it as the aircraft nobody wanted, yet everybody copied. Airlines from Pan American to Malaysian Airlines operated it until the 1980s. However, this sparked debates from aviation fans as the company is now known to allegedly focus on profits rather than engineering.
Up till a decade ago, the 707s airframes were still being used. Today, the military tanker version of said aircraft, the KC-135 is still in operation today, with speculations that it might be retired at least 10 years from now.
