Early this morning, an express bus overturned at KM 245.5 on the North-South Expressway (NSE) in Rembau. Six passengers sustained minor injuries, while 34 others, including the driver, escaped unharmed.

The bus, carrying 28 women and 12 men from Melaka to Kuala Lumpur, overturned after the driver reportedly blacked out. Emergency services arrived shortly after the 6.01 am distress call. Two injured passengers were transported to Tuanku Ja’afar Hospital in Seremban for further treatment.
The remaining passengers continued their journey on another bus. The Rembau Fire and Rescue Station confirmed the incident and initiated investigations into the cause.
