Teresa Kok Faces Scrutiny Over Corruption Allegations Involving Ex-Aides

Seputeh MP and DAP vice-chairperson Teresa Kok is under pressure as the MACC investigates two of her former aides, including Edmund Teoh, over allegations of soliciting a RM500,000 bribe related to school funding.

Scrutiny

Kok was reportedly aware of procurement irregularities since October 2024 but failed to report them, instead terminating the staff involved. Critics accuse her of a cover-up, while Teoh has denied the bribery claims.
