Former Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob attended his sixth questioning session at the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) today, marking his fifth consecutive day under investigation for alleged corruption and money laundering.
Ismail Sabri Faces Sixth MACC Questioning in Alleged Corruption Probe
The Bera MP spent nearly six hours at the MACC headquarters yesterday. MACC Chief Commissioner Tan Sri Azam Baki revealed that a money changer was arrested during the probe but released after two days due to health issues.
Authorities have seized RM170 million in cash, 16kg of gold bullion worth RM7 million, and frozen 13 bank accounts holding over RM2 million as part of the investigation.
