Couple Caught with RM1.2 Million in Meth Disguised as Health Drinks

Police in Ipoh, Perak, arrested a married couple for possessing liquid methamphetamine worth RM1.2 million, disguised as health drinks labeled “Kembali Dara,” “Ladies Collagen,” and “Platinum Drink.” The couple, water filter salespersons, were detained at a petrol station, where six bottles were found.

Additional bottles, drug-packing tools, and 37,331 milliliters of meth were seized from their Chemor residence. The wife tested positive for benzodiazepines, while the husband was linked to prior drug cases.

Active since June 2024, they allegedly distributed drugs locally and abroad. The case is being investigated under Section 39B of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952.
