TAPAH – Perikatan Nasional (PN) Deputy Chairman Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainudin claimed Barisan Nasional (BN) holds no real power in Perak despite governing, as Pakatan Harapan (PH), with 24 state seats, pulls the strings. Speaking at the PN candidate announcement for the Ayer Kuning by-election, the Opposition Leader and Larut MP questioned BN’s effectiveness, asking, “What’s the point of ruling if the people suffer?” He accused DAP of propping up Umno without delivering its promised struggle. Hamzah urged BN voters to reject self-deception and support PN, insisting only PN leaders can ensure a responsible future for Perak and Malaysia.
