Chinese President Xi Jinping will visit Vietnam, Malaysia, and Cambodia from April 14 to 18 to strengthen ties with Southeast Asian neighbors amid U.S.-China trade tensions. Facing a 145% tariff on U.S. imports, China aims to bolster regional alliances as neighboring countries negotiate tariff relief.

Premier Li Qiang also advocated for a fair trading system, showcasing China’s strategic efforts to counter U.S. economic pressure and maintain global trade stability.
