Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim has ruled out the likelihood of a cabinet reshuffle based on the outcome of the ongoing PKR election, adding that ministers are being evaluated based on their job performance, and not political considerations. One minister and two deputy ministers were ousted in the PKRs division-level polls, prompting concerns by some that they might be removed from their ministerial posts. PKR promised reformasi for years before coming to power but many believe the party have lost its way due to the lack of reforms in the country.
