KUALA LUMPUR: Former Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak expressed frustration after the Federal Court allowed the Attorney General to appeal a decision permitting judicial review of a purported “Titah Adendum,” delaying proceedings over 16 months. Najib’s lawyer, Tan Sri Muhammad Shafee Abdullah, said the addendum, allegedly issued by the 16th Yang di-Pertuan Agong, allows the ex-PM to serve his sentence under house arrest. Shafee criticized attempts to hide the document, calling it unlawful, and noted Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim acknowledged its existence. Shafee also highlighted testimony from Roger Ng in the US, denying the jailed PM’s involvement in the 1MDB scandal.
