PTPTN Declares Highest Dividend in a Decade at 4.05%

The National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) has declared a 4.05% dividend for its 2024 National Education Savings Scheme (Simpan SSPN), the highest in the past decade. Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Dr. Zambry Abd Kadir said this achievement reflects PTPTN’s efficient fund management and sustainable, Shariah-compliant investment strategy. 

PTPTN Declares Highest Dividend in a Decade at 4.05%

The dividend, totaling RM439.87 million, will benefit over 6.7 million depositors and be credited starting May 2, 2025. This is an increase from 3.60% in 2023, bringing total dividends since 2004 to RM2.13 billion. PTPTN also launched a 1% Loyalty Reward Campaign for long-term Simpan SSPN Prime savers as added appreciation.
