A significant 63% worry about lacking future-ready skills, particularly in AI, while 40% demand salary hikes due to rising living costs.
Retention issues persist, with 62% expecting to leave their current organizations. Mental health remains a pressing concern, as 59% struggle with work-related stress. Additionally, 35% engage in secondary income-generating activities. The survey underscores Malaysia’s evolving finance landscape, urging employers to focus on talent development and workplace innovation to secure industry growth.
