PETALING JAYA: PKR deputy president candidate Nurul Izzah Anwar cautioned that internal strife could lead to the party’s collapse within a decade. Speaking in Negeri Sembilan, she urged members to unite post-polls and prepare for the next general election within 24 months, targeting marginal seats. Nurul, facing Rafizi Ramli in the deputy presidency race, criticized the party’s divisive electoral system and engaged religious scholars to counter baseless accusations. She stressed preserving PKR’s grassroots idealism. Tensions persist as Rafizi, who skipped party events citing protocol breaches, has targeted Nurul’s supporters, including R Ramanan and Hasan Karim.
