A 48-year-old man died after falling from the 10th floor of a flat in Seremban during a thunderstorm on May 19. Residents initially mistook the sound of his fall for thunder due to heavy rain.

CCTV footage showed the man entering the building around 3 PM after tailgating another resident. He had earlier asked to be let in but was denied as he was not a resident. This is not the first suicide at the building.
State assemblyman Chew Seh Yong expressed concern, noting previous cases and efforts to improve building security and install preventive measures.
