A viral video swept TikTok after a passerby filmed a 4-year-old allegedly smoking a cigarette. Social media users are expressing their concerns as to how a small child like that could have access to a cigarette. He was filmed near a bridge in Bangkok.
4-year-old caught smoking in Thailand
The person who recorded the ordeal tried to snatch it away from the child, but he fought back. According to MustShareNews on TikTok, his parents who live under said bridge claims the boy must’ve picked it up from a homeless person.
Local authorities have taken the boy into a safer environment until his parents are able to sort this whole ordeal out.
There are some who claim that this behavior is normal in the Balkan countries, to which, social media users state it should not be normal for a child to engage in adult behavior.
