SHAH ALAM, June 21, 2025 – The Kuala Lumpur High Court’s decision to grant former Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak a Discharge Not Amounting to Acquittal (DNAA) in his RM27 million SRC International money laundering case was deemed fair by senior lawyer Mohamed Haniff Khatri Abdulla. He told Sinar Harian that DNAA rulings should not carry a negative stigma, as the case can be retried once documents are complete. Justice K. Muniandy cited prolonged trial delays since 2019, denying Najib timely justice, as the basis for the ruling.
