PETALING JAYA – The Selayang PKR Youth wing faces potential dissolution after mass resignations by Deputy Chief Muhammad Amir Sahmat, Lee Fook Onn, and 12 of 14 committee members, protesting last month’s opaque election victory of Tamilarasu Thamil Kalai over Dinesh Selvarajoo. Citing PKR’s Constitution (Clause 32.4), the group submitted sworn statements of no confidence. Despite central leadership’s efforts to reverse the resignations, the move, reported to Nurul Izzah Anwar and others, may trigger a mandatory disbandment within 30 days under Clause 15.11, reflecting deeper party divisions.
