DAP secretary-general Loke Siew Fook announced the appointment of eight party representatives, including national adviser Lim Guan Eng, to the Pakatan Harapan (PH) Presidential Council following the party’s Central Executive Committee (CEC) meeting. The decision comes after DAP’s March election, where Lim, then chairman, narrowly secured a CEC spot, ranking 26th out of 30. Other appointed DAP representatives include Loke, Gobind Singh Deo, Nga Kor Ming, Chong Chieng Jen, Syahredzan Johan, Teo Nie Ching, and Woo Kah Leong, strengthening DAP’s representation in the PH coalition’s leadership.
