The Sessions Court approved the remand order until July 3. The victim, a 20-year-old physiotherapy student from Kuching, was found unconscious on Tuesday and later confirmed dead. Police said there were no signs of forced entry or sexual assault, but the victim suffered head injuries consistent with blunt force trauma.

Her laptop, phone, ATM card, and cash were also reported missing. The case is being probed under Section 302.
