A 42-year-old man found dead with multiple gunshot wounds at Sultanah Aminah Hospital (HSA) has been linked to a petrol station shooting in Gelang Patah, Johor police chief Datuk M. Kumar revealed. The victim, left without identification by two individuals, was identified via fingerprints as a local from Sungai Petani, Kedah. Investigations showed he was involved in an attempted robbery where a machete-armed group attacked three men at 12.12am yesterday. One of the victims fired multiple shots in defence. Later, police arrested two local men and an Indian national in Dang Wangi, seizing a Glock 19 pistol, bullets, and a black Honda Accord.
