PUTRAJAYA – Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said the government respects all views on the house arrest addendum issue involving former prime minister Najib Razak but emphasised that the matter remains under judicial process.
“This additional document is a court matter now. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but we must follow due process,” Anwar said after Friday prayers today.

His comments followed UMNO’s call to implement the house arrest order under the Yang di-Pertuan Agong’s absolute powers. The Attorney General’s Chambers recently confirmed the document’s existence but contested its submission procedure in Najib’s ongoing judicial review.
