SHAH ALAM: Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim will not take disciplinary action against PKR members who recently called for a Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) into judicial appointments, said PKR information chief Fahmi Fadzil. Anwar urged party members to understand the issue and move forward to strengthen PKR, Fahmi told reporters after a meeting with Selangor PKR leaders. Earlier this month, six PKR MPs, led by Rafizi Ramli, had demanded an RCI amid delays in judicial appointments. Fahmi added that PKR branch leaders must be inclusive in appointing divisional committees. New judicial appointments were approved by the King on Friday (July 18).
