Malaysia’s top men’s doubles pair, Aaron Chia and Soh Wooi Yik, are one win away from clinching their first BWF World Tour Super 1000 title. They secured a dominant 21-13, 21-17 semi-final victory over India’s Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty at the China Open. The world No. 2 duo will face Indonesia’s Fajar Alfian and Shohibul Fikri in the final. Fajar-Shohibul, only in their second outing together, shocked China’s Liang Weikeng-Wang Chang in the semis and are aiming for their fourth title of the year.
