KOTA KINABALU, July 27 — Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor has confirmed that Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) and Pakatan Harapan (PH) will form an electoral pact ahead of the 17th Sabah State Election. The agreement, discussed among GRS component parties, reflects continued collaboration between the coalitions in the state government. While details are not finalised, Hajiji affirmed their readiness for the polls. Sabah PH deputy chairman Datuk Mustapha Sakmud welcomed the move, calling it good news and stressing the importance of fair seat negotiations. Sabah’s current state assembly term ends November 11, triggering the next state election.
