He claimed rising living costs, the falling ringgit, and stagnant incomes reflect Putrajaya’s failure in economic governance. Muhyiddin said the government has the legal tools to control prices but lacks the will to act, allowing irresponsible parties to exploit the situation. Protesters, mostly dressed in black with white headbands, gathered at several locations before marching to Dataran Merdeka. Despite the protest, the atmosphere remained peaceful, with security personnel ensuring public order throughout the rally.
