PETALING JAYA, Aug 3 — Kampar MP Chong Zhemin has condemned MCA deputy president Mah Hang Soon for his vulgar remarks ridiculing 30 DAP MPs who visited Umno’s headquarters for a TVET policy briefing. Chong said Mah’s comments, including likening the MPs to “infatuated schoolgirls,” were demeaning and aimed at stirring division within the unity government. He clarified that the visit, chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi in his role as TVET council head, was strictly administrative. Chong defended the choice of venue and questioned Mah’s silence when MCA leaders previously visited Umno’s HQ during their time in government.
