40% of New KL Homes to Be Affordable, Says Mayor
At least 40% of new units will be affordable homes, priced up to RM300,000, with schemes like Residensi MADANI capped at RM200,000. PTKL2040 also promotes compact, age-friendly, and transit housing, alongside redevelopment and strategic land use for sustainability, access to transport, and balanced urban growth.
