Just recently, PAS has expressed openness to working with MIC and MCA under Perikatan Nasional (PN), pending approval from the coalition’s top leadership. PAS spiritual leader Hashim Jasin emphasized the party’s willingness to cooperate with any party except DAP, citing past negative experiences.
Is PAS inviting MCA and MIC to join Perikatan Nasional?
Social media users remember when there was a time where even DAP worked with their current opposing team, PAS. Furthermore, political alliances may change from time to time, especially when it comes to coalition parties.
Many forgot that when PN was in power with Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin and Dato Seri Ismail Sabri as Prime Ministers, MCA and MIC were also partners in said previous coalition government.
Regardless, there are users who disagree with this suggestion from PAS, asking how many seats will be given to each respective political party in said coalition.
