University of Cyberjaya Backs RMK13 Reforms for Future-Ready Talent
Vice-Chancellor Prof. David Whitford praised the government’s emphasis on character development, AI literacy, digital skills, and entrepreneurship—values already embedded in UoC’s curriculum. As a healthcare and technology-focused university, UoC is committed to integrating AI across disciplines, supporting lifelong learning, and enhancing graduate employability through internships and industry engagement.
The university also supports RMK13’s proposal for pilot autonomy in higher education, viewing it as essential for innovation and agility. With strong industry linkages and a soft-skills-infused curriculum, UoC graduates are already achieving high employability.
The university stands ready to contribute to Malaysia’s ambition to become a top 30 global economy and top 20 innovation nation by 2030, believing that the future begins with the talent developed today.
