KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 7 — Women leaders and activists have condemned Maran PAS Youth information chief Salman Al Farisi for likening women in leadership roles to female cows in a herd. Salman, citing his cattle farming experience, argued men should lead society. His remarks, posted on social media, were slammed as sexist and degrading. PKR Women’s Loh Ker Chean labelled him “gutter-mouthed,” while DAP’s Young Syefura Othman said the comment insults women and Islam. Johor Wanita Umno’s Haslinda Salleh called it a reflection of moral decay in politics, denouncing it as a blatant affront to women.
