SHAH ALAM – Selangor UMNO Women have expressed regret over PKR’s decision to accept former Kota Raja UMNO chief Tengku Zafrul Abdul Aziz as a member, warning it could damage grassroots trust and harm the unity government’s harmony.

They said the move contradicted the spirit of camaraderie between coalition partners and violated UMNO’s official stance announced on May 30, 2025.
“All parties in the Unity Government must respect the spirit of friendship and uphold political integrity to ensure stability,” they said. Tengku Zafrul officially joined PKR today after resigning from UMNO earlier this year.
