Barisan Nasional (BN) will defend all seats it currently holds in Sabah and reclaim traditional constituencies handed to Bersatu during the last state election, said BN deputy chairman Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan.

He stressed BN would not repeat the “mistake” of giving away its strongholds, noting Umno-BN was “stabbed in the back” after the 2020 polls. Mohamad also highlighted the need for Umno-BN to reassert dominance in Sabah, while seat negotiations with Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) remain ongoing.
He added that cooperation with Pakatan Harapan (PH) for the polls has been finalised, with grassroots machinery urged to prepare early.
