The investigation papers on GISB Holdings Sdn Bhd (GISBH) have been refined and resubmitted to the prosecution, according to Selangor Islamic Religious Affairs and Cultural Innovation Committee chairman Mohammad Fahmi Ngah.

GISBH was previously accused of violating a fatwa declaring its teachings deviant. Authorities had arrested 108 individuals linked to the group, with most charged under Section 12(c) of the Selangor Syariah Criminal Enactment.
Fahmi noted that follower numbers in Selangor have declined as many moved to other states. Meanwhile, children rescued from GISBH-linked homes are now in mainstream schools, while parents undergo rehabilitation through Riqab classes.
