IPOH: The Perak Housing and Property Board (LPHP) is strengthening efforts to deliver affordable housing in the state through a strategic collaboration with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB).
LPHP chief executive officer Mohamed Akmal Dahalan said the initiative supports the agency’s role as the lead under the Perak Sejahtera 2030 plan, which emphasises Availability, Affordability and Accessibility.

Based on population growth projections and current home ownership rates, Perak will require 57,407 housing units by 2030. Progress will be tracked via the Perak Housing Dashboard, scheduled for launch in September.
