Housing “bubble” not bursting in Malaysia
Social media users state the property prices in our country are considered to be relatively affordable. However, the main issue here is the salaries. An X user states that one of the reasons why many aren’t able to afford a home here is due to their lower salary bracket.
Others state that our country is still a new country, hence there will be younger individuals from rural states moving to the cities. The prices may remain for certain types of properties.
An X user claims that it has already happened as resale flats are cheaper today than it was a few years ago.
