SHAH ALAM: The Court of Appeal has fixed March 4, 2026 to hear Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim’s appeal over the High Court’s refusal to refer eight legal questions to the Federal Court in a civil suit filed by his former aide, Muhammed Yusoff Rawther. Case management is scheduled for February 19, 2026. Yusoff’s lawyer, Rafique Rashid Ali, has requested an earlier date, citing public interest and readiness of records. Previously, the Court of Appeal granted Anwar’s request to postpone High Court proceedings, which were initially set for June this year.
