Two free platforms are offered: the MyInvois Portal for moderate B2B transactions, and the MyInvois e-POS System for MSMEs in retail, limited to Malaysian-owned businesses with annual sales under RM750,000. Implementation is being phased based on income thresholds, with mandatory adoption for businesses earning above RM500,000.

Equipped with strong cybersecurity safeguards, the system also provides comprehensive support via microsites, service counters, and a 24/7 help desk.
