JOHOR BAHRU: A 23-year-old man was arrested after the Audi A6 he drove crashed into two Royal Malaysia Police motorcycles on Jalan Johor Bahru–Air Hitam early today. Police said the 4am incident occurred when the car lost control and struck two parked Kawasaki EX250 motorcycles. Two policemen directing traffic were at the scene; one sustained a leg injury and was treated at Sultanah Aminah Hospital, while the other officer and the driver escaped unharmed. A breathalyser test found the driver positive for alcohol. He has been remanded two days pending investigation under Section 44(1) of the Road Transport Act.
