Former PKR vice-president Zuraida Kamaruddin revealed that she once confronted party president Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim over his appointment of Farhash Wafa Salvador as his political secretary.

Speaking in a podcast, Zuraida said internal conflict escalated when Anwar was alleged to have used his position to back certain candidates during party elections, including Saifuddin Nasution.
She claimed this went against the principle of neutrality expected from a president. Zuraida added that her faction, alongside Datuk Seri Azmin Ali, controlled most of the central leadership council but was sidelined from key appointments, fueling tensions that eventually contributed to the collapse of the PH government.
