Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim is set to deliver Malaysia’s national statement at the Arab-Islamic Extraordinary Summit in Doha, condemning Israel’s recent airstrike targeting Hamas leaders and highlighting the humanitarian crisis in Gaza.

Invited by Qatar’s Emir, Anwar arrived at Hamad International Airport and was welcomed with a Guard of Honour. The summit gathers leaders from OIC member states, including Iran, Pakistan, Iraq, and Palestine.
Anwar will reaffirm Malaysia’s solidarity with Qatar and commitment to Palestinian rights. He is also scheduled for bilateral meetings with Islamic leaders. The summit aims to adopt a unified Final Communiqué on Gaza and Palestine.
